My husband and I got married back in October 2023, and we wanted to create something memorable that our friends and family could treasure.

I designed a wedding newspaper that each guest was given on arrival and contained everything they needed to know about the day. This included a map of the venue, pictures and details about our relationship and important information—like what time the bar opened!

I created a bespoke suite of icons that helped visualise the order of the day, and featured as part of the guest awards section where we mentioned who had travelled the furthest and who was the first to RSVP. I also designed a couples crossword and word-search to keep guests entertained whilst they waited for their meal. This sat on the back page alongside our honeymoon fund QR code.

It was a lovely to see our friends and family interacting with our wedding newspaper throughout the day and we had lots of compliments about how unique and informative it was.
